I am a professionally qualified and Registered Nurse, Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Master's level), Independent Non Medical Prescriber, with over twenty five years of experience in this field, both in the Private Sector and NHS. I am also a qualified EMDR Therapist for Trauma, Performance Anxiety, Addictions and Phobias and other problems/issues. I assess and treat Neurodevelopmental Disorders such as ADHD, Tourette's, Tics and Autism. EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Rehabilitation. A very powerful Therapy that works for trauma, phobias, chronic pain and performance anxiety. ADHD Psychodynamic Coaching ADHD a psychodynamic coaching approach.
